Homosexuals protest in Anambra state

Litigants and witnesses at the Atani Chief Magistrate Court in Ogbaru local government area of Anambra State Wednesday witnessed a mild drama in the court premises as some people who claimed to be homosexuals nearly disrupted court proceedings in solidarity with two suspected homosexuals standing trial for allegedly committing same sex offence.

As early as 9 .00am, a large number of men with feminist outlook started gathering at the court premises to the surprise of the people around and it was only then that information filtered into the area that they came to identify with two of their members who were arrested by the police and charged to court for same sex violation related offense.

Canadian model claims she slept with Kanye West while he was dating Kim Kardashian including when the reality star was pregnant, according to a shocking new report. Raven-haired Leyla Ghobadi, 24, spilled details of their hook-ups in this week's Star magazine , claiming that West said his relationship with Kardashian was about building his fan base. This is going to destroy the Kardashian family, Ghobadi told Star.

It's bad. It's really bad. It's just embarrassing. But if I were Kim and about to have a baby, I would want to know.

He invited me back to his hotel room, but I refused, as I felt it was too rushed, Ghobadi told the magazine.

The 'I'm Different' rapper 2 Chainz was robbed at gun point in San Francisco on Sunday.

The rapper's wallet was stolen from him and his entourage flee away from the scene, according toTMZ. His entourage reportedly "ran away from the incident like 'cockroaches' Police are currently looking for a suspect.

Bollywood actress Jiah Khan's suicide letter

Bollywood actress, Jiah Khan, 25, committed suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan in her bedroom at her residence in Mumbai on Sunday June 2nd when her mother and sister were not home.

A six-page suicide letter was found by Jiah's mother at their home a few days after the suicide and has been released to the police and the press. In the letter, Jiah blamed her boyfriend for ruining her life, cheating on her and forcing her to abort their child.

Jiah's ex-boyfriend, 21 year old Suraj Pancholi, the son of famous Bollywood actors Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, was arrested yesterday Monday June 10th, on suspicion of a betting her suicide.

The composer of Nigeria's National Anthem, Pa Benedict Odiase has passed on. Mr Odiase died last night in his sleep. He composed Arise O Compatriots” in May 1978. Pa Odiase retired in 1992 as a Deputy Commissioner of Police after being the Director of Music with the Nigeria Police Band.

Nigeria's oldest practicing musician, Pa Fatai Olayiwola Olagunju, popularly known as Fatai Rolling Dollar has passed on. He died this morning at Marritol Hospital, Sam Sonibare Street in Surulere after a brief illness. One of his wives, Funmulayo Olagunju, confirmed his death. He was 85 year old. He is survived by three wives, including a German and 16 children
