MTO learned that Rick Ross proposed to his longtime GF Shateria, last week. Shateria is a fashion designer, a philanthropist. Shateria was with Rick Ross when he was still at the bottom . And she also stayed with Rozay after the ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT earlier this year.

According the MTO they said the rapper dropped a $500K diamond ring on her - to SEAL THE DEAL.
