Ice Prince won the ‘Best African Act.
For Ice Prince, this is his second time at being nominated for the award in the same category.
Last year, he lost the award to Wizkid and Sarkodie but it’s no small feat this year beating former winner and fellow Nigeria Tuface Idibia, Toya Delazy from South Africa, Donald (South Africa), R2Bees (Ghana) and Radio and Weasel (Uganda).
Ice Prince becomes the fourth Nigeria artiste to win the award since Tuface and D’banj jointly won it in 2011 and Wizkid in 2012.
